Rupkala(Kalabhaban) is one of the new and leading school of primary industrial visual art education and visual art studio in west bengal . Rupkala is the platform of Interested in art & human right/general/illiterate/lack of formal education/have low self esteem and a subjective mindset. Rupkala establish at the beginning of 21 st century in Karanjali, South 24 Parganas with the active cooperation of general public and Artist Prabir Rupray. This is the regular primary Art School that run 8 am to 6 pm. Rupkala encourage and support art education of KID to general in the rural area. The Rupkala art school/Studio is focus on training 10 students every classes /(4 class per day)for 1 year on various creative/realistic art skill, this will include Drawing, painting, Sculpture, recycle art, installation, Digital art, craft, performing art etc

After long 15 years of realizing & researching , It has been seen that general/formal public do not understand the importance of art & human right but they are dependent on its. A negative mentality seems to have engulfed them . So we (Rupkala) are actively trying to show the positive ways of the Art / Calture / Human Right through our work .

Development of Social art calture.

When we are active our mission then we are developing our rural social art calture by the organic way . After realizing the lack of social art and culture, we organize it in the right way for the purpose of bringing happiness back to the minds of all people.

Development of Art education in our rural area.

For a long time the lack of good art teachers in these rural areas , Due to which various problem are created in Primary level of art education / art thought. then We are trying to development primary art education / art thought in the rural area.

We are realized that Art involvement is the only way to develop art education, art throught, calture and human right so we are trying to involvement in Art & human right in the rural area.
